4th Trimester Class
The 4th Trimester Class, presented by Miriam Bustamante, LCSW, is a workshop designed to prepare couples for life with a baby. Couples will learn research-based strategies to help them be the best parenting team possible. This class, to be held on Zoom, will help you learn how to strengthen your relationship and foster healthy development for your baby. Couples will learn strategies to prepare them for the adjustment of baby’s arrival, resolve conflict and maintain their friendship and coupledom. This class is best taken in the third trimester but is open to families with newborn babies as well.
The 4th Trimester class is an interactive couples’ class that addresses the changes couples encounter after bringing their babies home. Since it is a class about the relationship between you and your partner, it is required that both you and your partner attend.
This class will be held on Zoom, and access information will be emailed to those who register.
