Kimberly Benton

MSN, CNM, WHNP-BC

“I believe in empowering women at every stage of life. There is a profound connection between knowledge and power. When women are supported by a team that nurtures this connection, they feel the most confident and in control of their health and choices.”

Kimmy was raised in San Clemente, California, where she now raises her two sons. She received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Chapman University and later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami in Florida. After working as a nurse in a small community hospital, Kimmy transitioned to Hoag Hospital Newport Beach Labor and Delivery, where her passion for women’s health flourished, and her love for physiologic birth truly came to life. This experience deepened her commitment to educating mothers-to-be about their pregnancy journey, helping them understand their bodies and empowering them to make informed decisions.

Driven by the desire to empower women in their birth choices and health journeys, Kimmy earned a Master’s in Nursing with a specialization in Certified Nurse Midwifery and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from California State University, Fullerton.

Kimmy is particularly passionate about promoting physiologic birth and is committed to supporting women through every phase of their health journeys. She believes that embarking on this journey brings strength and empowerment to women, and it is her mission to guide and support her patients every step of the way.

In her free time, Kimmy enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family. She also loves to cook-whether it’s trying out a new recipe or whipping up a family favorite-and can often be found curled up with a good book. Whether she’s exploring a new destination or savoring a quiet moment at home, Kimmy treasures the balance of adventure and relaxation.
