Board-Certified OB/GYN

What It Means When Your OBGYN Is American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology Certified

At Orange Coast Women’s Medical Group, our mission is to help women throughout Orange County achieve holistic, lifelong health by offering comprehensive women’s health services from obstetric and gynecological care to midwifery. We’re also excited to announce that we have a new location in Foothills, CA opening soon – and as with our other locations, we’re proud to say that all of our Foothill and Orange County OBGYNs are certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG).

Medical Staff You Can Trust

In order to receive the best possible care, going to board certified physicians is the first step. At Orange Coast Women’s Medical Group, we pride ourselves with the level of professionalism we offer to all of our patients, and we know they have been vetted to provide the care they do. Going above and beyond your expectations is our priority.

We’re proud to have a team of board-certified OBGYNs at our practice. A board-certified OB/GYN is a practitioner that has met all the requirements for certification from the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. This means the doctor has completed a medical degree from a qualifying medical school as well as a three- to five-year residency and a final written test to prove their skill and knowledge, and qualify for certification. Board certification is a gold standard that tells you you’re getting care from an OBGYN that you can trust – and at Orange Coast Women’s Medical Group, we’re proud to have a number of board-certified OBGYN practitioners on our team.
