Pavan Mann

M.D.

Seeing GYN patients only

Dr. Mann graduated summa cum laude with both College and Departmental Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and earned her medical degree at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She subsequently completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Los Angeles General Medical Center (formerly LAC+USC), where she received accolades in several fields including the Ryan Family Planning Award, and Resident Recognition of Excellence awards from the American Urogynecologic Society and in Minimally Invasive Gynecology.

Dedicated to providing comprehensive gynecologic care, she then pursued a fellowship in Complex Benign Gynecology/ Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at the Scripps Clinic in San Diego where she gained expertise in both laparoscopic and robotic techniques. She specializes in managing complex, overlapping conditions such as pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, cysts, hormone therapy, gender-affirming care, and abnormal bleeding.

Dr. Mann is committed to supporting patients through every stage of life—from puberty to menopause. She centers her practice on shared decision-making, empowering patients to choose treatments that align with their individual health goals. Her approach emphasizes both evidence-based medical management and advanced, minimally invasive surgical solutions aimed at improving quality of life.

She has always been inspired by the strength of womanhood, and was drawn to medicine and women’s health in order to support women in their most challenging and vulnerable times. Dr. Mann is motivated to meet the profound gaps in women’s healthcare and realizes how its limitations affect her patients. She recognizes the importance of further research and finds creative solutions that address each individual’s needs.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mann enjoys bike rides and walks with her little dog, exploring nature and animals, spending time with friends and family, taking on creative projects at home, and being curious about the world around us.
