  4. Teen Health 101 is a free seminar for teen girls, ages 14-18. The seminar will give young ladies the chance to gain insight on how to maximize their personal wellness. One of our wonderful physicians will also go over the importance of physical health, sexual health awareness, puberty changes, healthy ways to cope with stress, and the mind-body connection.
